My TabletPC laptop has this neat feature that allows you to draw an area in any part of the screen, and copy it to the clipboard; it also allows you to mark up the area that you are capturing before it’s exported; this is called the Snipping Tool, which is part of the Microsoft TabletPC Experience Pack. It comes standard with Windows XP TablePC edition.
